Pain in my right testicle

I have pain in my right testicle and also in the upper portion of my right leg since 2 weeks, the testicle seems bigger in size than the left one and it hangs a bit low in the scrotum. The pain is not constant and is bearable but increases sometimes, and on touching the testicle or the point connecting the veins and testicle, it hurts. I don't have fever and there's no pain while urinating and ejaculation, everything seems normal but the pain in testicle persists. Please advise some medication.
