Hello, It is a norm to remove both the upper and lower wisdom tooth of the same side as the tooth that is left behind will start to supra erupt and may cause issues over a period of time.There is no need to replace these teeth.

Extraction of both upper and lower third molars is the best option. In case you get only your lower tooth extracted then the upper molar will erupt downwards till it finds a resistance ; causing another problem in future.
