My mother got pain in her lower back , hips and thighs . We are confused if it is a pain due to lower back or its a muscle pain. she took painkillers ad well but it didn' worked. Kindly help

This pain could be due to some pathology in spine Could be spinal disc problem You need some muscle relaxants Bed rest Avoid bending and lifting heavy objects Gentle massage Consult if.no relief
