I am have got pain by just standing in front of wash basin Pain started from my lower back and it traveled down to left hip then left side of the legs till cuffs I feel relaxed if sit walk or lying down. But every time i change my position form any on these three i feel strain in muscle to same manner tingels in feet of both feet if standing Its bearable pain only its not going but some time lifting my left leg in sleep pain jerks on hip and lower back Also i don't know any good doctor for this in my area nerul Whats symptoms are these of
