Intermittently having lower abdomen mild pain and body aches and back ache from last 8 days. Had sex on 25th July i.e. last (5th)day of menstrual cycle. Feeling very tired always. Will you pl let me know,whether it can be pregnancy symptoms. I have taken Meftal spas with pantop DSR but not get benefitted.
