When i do potty, i feel so much pressure and in lower abdomen below my belly button.After i am done , when i come out i feel so much pain in my stomach.

May be sign of colitis or CONSTIPATION. High fibre diet salads green vegetables fruits etc. Plenty of fluids coconut water lemon juice etc.
