Pain in lower abdomen left side

I am having pain in my lower left side of abdomen which radiates to back and having foot heel pain in both legs.my uric acid is 6.16 and in aug 2021 I suffered from severe gastritis.though the pain is very mild in abdomen but I feel it all the time what does it mean? Is it serious or anything else
