Pain in lower abdomen in pregnancy

Hi, I am 33 weeks 4 days pregnant. My due date is 04October. Yesterday, I had back pain and   pain in lower abdomen for more than 2 hours. Then I rush to hospital where my doctor said OS is two finger loose you should admit for delivery in hospital but I refuse for admit hospital.Is this false labour Pain?. Should I worry about it or just take some rest and relax ?. Because now no pain since 6 hours

Hello Observe for another 6 hrs, if pain comes at equal intervals then u should get admitted in view of preterm labour Also get steroid prophylaxis done
