According to my USG report, right ureteric calculus & mild hydronephrosis of right kidney are detected. Please suggest me the exact meaning of it.

Hi It means you have stone or calculi in your urinary tract ... Which leads to infection in long standing cases....  Consult urologist for treatment... Drink excess of water...
