Pain in legs, stressed out, very tensed

I had some personal issues because of which the chemical balance in my brain was disturbed. now i dont have that much problme, but i do not feel like studying. entire day i cant pick up teh book and at the ned of the day i get frustrated for not dong anything. i feel that my life is a waste and i wont be able to do anything in my carreer and future.
