I having Psoriasis last three year  last some days suddenly Pain in my leg i checking some test  that found Uric Acid is 6 and deficiency  in vitamin D and B  hemocystein

Share levels of vitamin D and b12. Correction  will take care of pain. Also do stretches of your ankle and knee.
