Pain in leg calf while walking

I am feeling very pain in right leg calf while walking for 2000 steps. Actually before 6 months I don't have any pains but now I am feeling pain.

The sedentary lifestyle associated with the lockdown lead to weakness of your calf muscles. So the same calf muscles which were able to walk before lockdown are not finding it difficult to match the challenge.

go slow, take frequent walk breaks in your daily schedule, stretch and strength the calf muscle and slowly but surely you will be able to match your challenge.

pain in right leg can be because of muscular problems or decrease of circulation in the legs . proper examinations and investigations required . It has relation with diabetes, smoking status and lot of things .
