Sir i had pain in my left leg for past week, sometimes pain use to disappear and then come back, now from last five days there a pain in my lower back right side, i am understand anything, i have problem in now in moving my right leg,and kneeling down, when i start move leg it pains at the lower back

You need to consult an Orthopedic surgeon to differentiate between sciatica and hamstring strain which are probably as per your symptoms He will guide you further
Next Steps
Keep a pillow below your knees while sleeping and take rest till then
