I am experiencing pain  starting from root(lower part) of left neck ending somewhere in left upper back whenever I try to move my neck sideways. It started on Thursday after my gym session. Wht to do..

Take otc pain medication and put hot packs. Take rest till pain subsides.if pain doesn't improve go in for a check up
