I year ago in July I had an minor paralysis attack after that I consulted cardiologist and neurologist also but all the reports are normal..But problem is that I am having very bad pain in upper left part which goes up to head through neck and also in left part of chest.. I feel like swelling in left chest..I am feeling tingling and numbness in left hand and leg..But doctor says it's a muscular pain.i have taken physiotherapy also but no improvement..When I do some hard work the pain get increase and it is very hard to sleep at night ..Kindly tell me the best treatment for me.. I want to start gym again..I feel very weakness
