Pain in left thigh and lower back

I am going through pain past few days whenever I sit down with folded legs and after getting up from sleep. The pain is on left thigh on left side plus front side. Also the same pain continues towards lower back left side. Also It feels like some vein is hurting in front side of left thigh. The pain reduces little bit when I sleep/ ly down

U need to elevate l Ed t leg on pillow while sleeping. Can avoid hanging ur leg down while sleeping. Need test to diagnose ur problem is nerve or vessels related. Sos painkillers.
