Pain in left testicle

Slight discomfort in left testicle. Mild pain when touched. Urge to pee. Pain distributed over left side of lower abdomen, just below stomach. No pain at the back. Left testicle looks comparatively big and hangs lower than the right one. I go to gym but don't lift heavy weights. Mild but continuous​ discomfort. Thanks
