Pain in left side salivary gland

When i eat i feel pain in left side salivary gland.. on touching it the salivary gland feels very hard... i experince it 3 4 months back now from 3 4 day i am experiencing it again and the salivary gland is still hard... the area which is shown by the pin.. on touching it by finger it feels like something small hard substance is beneath the tissue and from the duct opening of left side very less amount of pus is coming occasionally.. what is this condition plzz help me.. i m too worried about it.. is this serious something..

Please get it removed by sialendoscopy so that the stone is out and the duct doesn’t get damaged

It looks like Sialo-lithiasis. Stone formation in duct. Needs removal of stone.
