Hello practo user.... We need to discuss in detail about each problem. Firstly left tongue pain might be due to severely reasons like ulcer/ nodes / sharp edge teeth/ inflamed papilla. Secondly throat pain may be due to affected tooth in that region..or due to infection possibly from tooth. Thirdly dry mouth itself a major problem. It needs to discuss in detail. Pain in the tongue may be due to sharp edge of the regional teeth & u mention pain in the throat also, it may be due to third molar infection. Dryness of the mouth and throat may be due to another underlying cause or side effects of the medicine you have taken.
Next Steps
Need proper history and clinical evaluation.
Health Tips
some anaesthetic gel like mucopain or Hexigel ointment you can apply for temporary relief.
