Pain in left side of hip,swollen anus
I have pain in my left side of hip and in anus,which is swollen a bit,.i have a pain and feeling of pressure when stool comes out for the first time.i have also extreme pain in my lower abdomen ans hip area when i have the urgency of laterine...(according to ct scan i have loaded colon).
It can due to number of reasons
1. Simple constipation due to lack of adequate hydration and fibre intake.
2. Or due to some organic obstruction
The history that you have is also suggestive of fissure that might have formed due to hard stools
