  3. Pain in left side of body. Please help!

Pain in left side of body

Constant pain from last 1 year on the left side and weaknesses. Distrubed stomach.stiffness after waking up on the left side of the face.Had MRI head and other report but didn't got any specific answer from any doctor .Also serach got to know about fibromyalgia and i am irritated and confused . Please help
