Paid in left side heels form last 5 days i apply iodex and warm water but not recover what can i do for the same

Hello . Well you can consult an orthopaedician for it and find out what is the reason for the pain.. In the mean time you can change your slipper or shoes to comfortable ones as in sole should be thick and soft...secondly wear comfortable footware...third thing is you can keep your foot in warm water with spoon of salt in it...it will help in relief
