Pain in left hand wrist

I had an accident before 3 years. I am feeling mild pain in left hand wrist at that time. I can't do push up exercises also and also not able to lift weight.

It can be due to some minor fracture which was ignored that time most commonly scaphoid bone fracture or post fracture complication

take xray of wrist scaphoid view and lateral

stop all exercises specifically lifting weight can take dolo 650 two times for 2-3 days.still if u dont get relief then consult orthopedic either by video call or in person

This pain may be due to stiffness at the wrist joint at the site of injury.. This happens due to local fibrosis at the site of previous injury..
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic tablet for pain relief.. start wrist movement exercises..
