I am having pain in my left eye and surrounding areas, also inside (back of the eye). I am having this pain since last 3 days. Sometimes the pain is less, sometimes more. But the pain is continuously there for almost 3 days. What should I do?

Even neck strain due to too much computer work can radiate in that area if there is a spasm But do use tear drops , decrease screen time and rule out sinusitis etc.
