Pain in left elbow and lump

I had surgery when I was 14 for a broken arm and shattered elbow. I had 2 plates and 14 screws put into my arm. I am now 17. Well the past couple days my elbow has been hurting a lot and a lump has formed along the incision scar. Should I go see my doctor
