Pain in left ear

When I touch my left ear I feel pain.. Also I couldn't get my ears cleaned since long. So i need consultation... Kindly advice...also I recovered from covid-19, around10 days back.

If u have completely recovered then u can visit an ent specialist, does ur ear feel blocked as well ? ... For proper evaluation u need to make an in clinic appointment
