I experienced some pain in the left side of my chest (marked in the picture) about 1.5-2 hours back. It lasted for about a minute or so, worsened when I took deep breaths. Can it be a heart related issue, or something else? I was doing cardio at that time. Please help. I cannot go to a doctor or take a consultation because I don't want my parents to know or they will get extremely worried For context- I don't have a history of heart related problems, I had eaten probably 30-40 mins before the cardio and laid down on the bed after eating. I also have a sensitive stomach

Can be acute gastritis, and also be heart related . Do u feeling palpitaions or belching or any other cardiac / gastrointestinal Symptoms. Dont worry , u should overcome it ,more info will be require to make a diagnosis and give appropriate treatment. WhatsApp at 97166*33*129
