Pain in left breast and dizziness

I'm having pain in left breast, it increases when i touch and also having dizziness. Usually my breast becomes tender before period but this time i am having alot pain in only left one and also period is not near and i also feel very tiny hard something in breast but i am not sure is that a lump or not. This all is happening from past 5 days. What could be the reason.  Is this something to worry about?(I am not sexualy active)
