There is a pain in my hip I did X-ray it is normal And I also did MRI it's telling that there is a problem in L4/L5 nerve pressed What should I do now??

You need to get Physiotherapy evaluation done to check for muscle imbalance also electro therapy and core stabiliser strengthening would be needed
