Hello Well the history you are providing isn't enough Was there any history of trauma? Any medications, history of fever, similar symptoms in childhood? If it is mild pain and occasional,  analgesics and rest should reduce the pain and not to worry too much. But if symptoms are from long time, or they are not reducing please do get a proper detailed examination done by an orthopedic surgeon
