My friend(male-29yrs) goes to gym daily but on Friday after doing sit ups on his ankles he got pain in his left hip joint while sitting and standing the pain remains for 2-3 mins after that it becomes normal. He also consulted a doctor who told for taking x-ray of his pelvis. He wants to know by showing the X-ray that exactly what is the problem with him as his body is leaning towards right side from yesterday but the pain is not severe. Please suggest what to do?
