I feel pain in head while speaking loud or in angry mode in high pitch tone or while arguing..  more i speak like that, more pain i feel in head.. after 1 or 2 days calmness or less speaking, pain gradually remove.. whats this problem? which test i required to ascertain exact issue? whats treatment for this ? is this serious or related to any brain tumor ? or less blood supply issue in head ?

Hello sir. No sir, it doesn't seem to be an issue of blood supply or tumor, it seems to be a case of primary headache. We will discuss your concerns in detail and then decide about tests if required and also further treatment
