Pain in hand

I keep playing cricket regularly, this pain on the shoulder and through out the right arm is stopping me from performing .. The pain starts from the shoulder and continues till the wrist, and it is so much that i cant even throw the ball.. Even though i keep doing regular stretch ups before and after the game, i am still unable to figure out the problem.. kindly help !

Thera-Band Shoulder Shrug- Stand on the middle of the band and grasp both ends by your side, taking up the slack. Keep your elbows straight and lift your shoulders upward. Hold and slowly return. TIP: Avoid bending your elbows to complete the motion.
