Pain in groin area of right leg

When walking after some min i feel pain in right groin area ( may be end of gracilis Or longer abdutor point) , 5 month still not relive from this pain, when I sit I don't feel pain but I feel something in groin area ( right) not pain but something, when running no problem, jumping with knee up no problem is I having ligament or tendon or arthritis plz give me what possible problem can be here I am afraid I am having arthritis

Such kind of pain could be due to muscular issues like psoas spasm or adductor spasm  or it could be related to bone related issues like arthritis. Considering your history it's more likely a muscular problem but still detail clinical examination will give better idea.

At your age its unlikely to be arthritis but some sort of tendon / ligament injury or inflammation. You would require MRI and blood work up to rule it out. Please consult a competent doctor.
