Pain in groin area bone during pregnancy

I am currently 26th week pregnant and I had stomach upset for a day two days back. After that day for last 2 days I am feeling spasm kind of pain around the bone between groin and the pubic bone. It pain while pressure is put like getting up , taking a turn on bed on that side. What can be the reason . Is it something need to be treated. Kindly advise.
