I Dr Please Help Me Out From Past 3 to 4 Days I Am Feeling Full Pain In My Body From Past 4 Months I Am Doin The Workout Nd Eating Clean With High Protein Diet Than I Went To My Brother Marriage So I Am Unable To Follow diet From 1 Week But After That My Body Started Pain mild Pain Just Like When We Got Light Fever. M feeling Tied As Week Back Last day of before  Leaving Gym I Hit Heavy Weight Excersie. I And Unable To Understand How To Solve This as I Was Thinking my uric acid gone high But i was Wrong Currently I am Supplementing With 1 Tab M.Vitamin And 1 Tab Of Fish Oil With a Healthy Diet . Also Attaching my test reports

Stop the high protein diet for sometime  until your fever is better. Get the liver function tests as well.Avood heavy gym activities. Discuss with your physician who has done these bloods and he will guide you.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. It's called delayed onset muscle soreness, its because of training without proper conditioning of the body.
Next Steps
Take it easy for a week, if problem still persists see an orthopedic surgeon
