I m under going feet pain specially when I wake up in the morning.undergoing herbal treatment for arthritis,cervical and weak nervous system.as per doctor blood circulation in my legs is not gud.i need to walk atleast one hours.i have backache and sometimes feel pain in my knees

You need to describe what sort of arthritis are you taking treatment for presently. Pain in your lower limbs can be due to lower back radiating downwards or may be due to knee itself.
