Sir I am a student and my age is 22 years.. From some times I am suffering from aye broblem.. That is pain in eyes during using any Mobile phone ore computers. Please sir help me how to minimize that problem.. Thanks

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of dryness Try A.cold compresses B use lubricating eyedrop like carboxymethylcellulose C.   Blink a lot D.  Restrict use of mobile phone All these measures will help you Regards
