Pain in ear, throat and chest left side

I have done ecg, echo tests, holter test and all are fine. My thyroid level =.05 which is very low. My pulse & heart beat is in normal range. I take fruselac 1tablet per day, Ceruvin 75, concor 10mg. Problem: I am experiencing the pain on the left side of chest, if I touch can feel nerve swelling. Can't sleep any time. Pls advise me and provide the treatment. Thanks

Sir, as per your data you are missing some important thing as I am unable to understand that at such a young age you are taking diuretics, blood thinner and blood pressure medicine. I suggest you that For proper evaluation you will have to consult Me online with all your previous records. In your case it’s extremely difficult to suggest anything scientific on this platform.
