Pain in chest, left arm while breathing

Since last week, i have pain in my left arm, left shoulder and back and i have trouble breathing. It comes and goes from time to time. I always happen to have lower blood pressure. I also get chest pain in my left side and when i take deep breaths my whole back hurts.

Hi noted above history and related concerns. Your history is suggestive all of due to lower BP and weakness and mostly gastric problems and all these symptoms are suffering due to lockdown.

You need to build some muscle strength and gain weight.acidity can lead to such problems or bad posture or muscle pull. Do regular walk and exercise,eat healthy. Consult a doctor online of problem not resolving.

Breathing problem might be due to pain. Get chest x-ray done. Take:- Tab Xykaa MR 4 mg twice daily for 5 days Tab Omez 40 mg once daily for 5 days Avoid Weight lifting
