The pain could be either due to nerve compression or might be simple muscular spasmodic pain....if it is associated with numbness or tingling sensation in lower limbs ..mostly it is of neurological origin...try taking over the counter pain killers like combiflam and local painkiller sprays like volini for 3-4 days...if it resolves then nothing to do further...if it persists thereafter also...then consult a dr personally and get x-ray/mri done....
Next Steps
take otc pain killers for 3-4 days...
Health Tips
don't ignore it as it may be of neurological origin
