Pain in buttock area ..

I have pain in buttock area left side for past 5-6 months ... Some times on right side too.. it increases while i walk .. the pain is like burning sensation.

Consult nearest physiotherapy cliNic they will assest you....I think it may be lumbar spine problem

avoid low level sitting....avoid floor sleeping.....avoid bad posture
