Clean the anal region properly by straining out, so that the stools r not staying out there. Constipation to be ruled out followed by for Fissure A deworming will b effective assoc with Sitz Bath (a tub of warm water, add 10ml of betadine solution , sit for 5-10min, repeat twic a day)

Cause of pain can be due to many reasons but in my practice anal fissures are most common cause, however pinworms or other causes can be ruled out only after asking u some relevant question. As u r an IT professional i suppose u sit for long time. I need to know ur life style n dietary habits for giving u proper advice. Consult in pvt chat

I would like to know whether you have any other associated problems like blood in stools or constipation? You need to increase fibre content in & add more vegetables in your diet. Drink plenty of water & consume seasonal fruits.
