I get a pain at the both side of the buttocks.. when iam standing or walking i did not get any pain but while iam sitting i get pain... I sleep one sided at that time also i get a pain. I did not understand how its come... But did not get any leg pain & foot pain...but at the calf muscle i get a mild pain...

From how many days u had this problem? If it is localized only over buttocks and recent then it may be due to muscle spasm. Do some glutes stretching exercises and simple pain killer for 3 days. If not improved then further investigation will be required.
