See first of all get your
vitamin D and
calcium level checked... Go for BMD test... Sometimes weaker bones causes pain...
Also make sure before running you must go for some warmup exercises as this will prepare your muscles for workouts...
And most importantly you must get aware about your posture while walking standing and running.. sometimes poor posture attained which we neglect , puts uneven pressure upon our weight bearing joints so you may feel pain in your shin bone...
