Yesterday in the middle of night i had severe pain in my lower back . It was difficult for me to move . After some time the pain reduced and i could get up . Now in the morning my right lower back is painful on movement and lying . Is it because of muscle or some bone related issues I have been having right leg pain since few months which is netter with physiotherapy . . I
