Pain in back neck along with dizziness

Hi for past few days, I am having pain in back neck, which I specially feel when I sleep. I have taken 6 doze of etoshine mr tablets. Sometimes I feel slight dizziness and a feeling of vomiting, but never happened. Is that normal? My daily activities are working from home infront of laptop but try to do half hour of yoga daily.
