I have pain in middle of my back. also my neck hurts little. frequent burping and bloating in abdomen.

Any history of weight lifting ? / Excersies ?/ Yoga . Prolong sitting at one place and doing work ? - take rest. -Do hot fomentation for 20 min trice per day. -Apply volini gel thrice per day - avoid sitting on ground or lower surface  few days. - avoid weight lifting and forward bending for few weeks .
