Hello doctors, I'm having pain in back side from last 1 month. And now it is paining in left side of abdomen also. I'm not exactly understanding whete it is paining. I went to gastroenterology doctor he said it might be issue of indigestion and gas issue. Taking his tablets but no improvement. I went to orthopedist he said might be it is muscle spasm or kidney stones which are not showing in ultrasound and xray due to smaller one. What could be the issue here.? Pls suggest Attaching photo where it is paining
