Hi, I'm suffering from constant pain in my anus while sitting or while releasing solid waster matter in toilet. Pain is not felt while laying on bed or standing. Pls advise what could be the issue

Could be piles...need to have fibre rich diet , adequate  water intake... Avoid spicy foods...add fresh fruits and vegetables
